Remembering June 6, 1944

Today I walked the beach in Normandy France where over 5,000 US soldiers struggled to survive as they made their journey inland dodging bullets and mortar shells in an effort to fight against the German Armies who had previously invaded France...the whole experience really opens your eyes to the sacrifices these men made to keep America free.



These were French citizens acting as US Soldiers...
