I like to color this way...how about you???
Our steep drive-way

I hope you don't get tired of our boasts of snow but us Arizona people get really excited when the beautiful white stuff appears at our house. We woke up to a beautiful blanket of snow. This season we've had more snow days than we did last year and it's just begun! School was technically not canceled but since the buses couldn't pick us up, we didn't go. It was an excused absence for anyone who did not venture out in the snow. Aparently we're higher in elevation than those around us because we really got a lot of the beautiful white fluff. On Ramstein where Mike is, there was minimal snow left when he arrived around 9:30. It's still on the ground here and snowing again, but some is melting as it's 37'. Our activities included sledding down the driveway, hot chocolate, movies and a helping me color some Holiday bingo cards for an activity I'm helping out with on Saturday. We've had a fun day!
Let's not forget our last GOOD snow and what happened with MIKE. For those that don't know, you can click HERE to see. He headed out to work later this morning and had a slow but good ride in. Thankfully! We both laughed as he slid onto the road this morning.

Burrrrrr!!! It looks cold!!!
I don't know how your daughter can sit and color like that. Too Funny!!!
We loved getting the snow too! Its great!
Looks so pretty! I wanna play in it! What is up with Lauryn?! Nice.
How fun! No snow in Virginia yet, but the farmer's almanac says we're going to get lots this year.
Rats! As soon as I hit "publish your comment" I remembered that I wanted to comment on your fabulous Christmas arch on the window sill. Looks great there! Nothing like snow to put you in the Christmas spirit.
Sweet! Now YOU spent the day right! The Frandsen's, not so much, we drug our kids to school only to find out they watched movies and played games all day because half the class was home (where my kids should have been). I totally regret not taking a snow day! I even bought a sled (because of guilt for not keeping them home) and the darn snow was gone by then. German snow can be so sneaky!
The CRAZY site where I store my backgrounds is having a fit about how many downloads they are getting so they've temporarily suspended the images!! I'm SOOO sorry!
I fixed it but you'll have to re-load your background. So, choose the one you want/have and follow the instructions.
Again, I am SO sorry!!
That looks like it would be FUN to play in!! Lauryns sitting postition kinda freaks me out. :-)
Those pictures really do capture the mood. I was loving it that Jenna's bus called and cancelled and so I cancelled everything else and had a lovely day at home with the kids (if the buses can't make it, it is just TOO dangerous to be out, right?!) I can't believe the splits on the bench--amazing!
The white stuff looks beautiful.
It's a pain, but it sure does look beautiful!
